Hive Technical Assessment

This is a screening technical assessment to ensure that candidates have the skills required before interview. It is intended to be used as a phone screen, with guidance/supervision/assessment from one of the Hive team.

There is currently only one section (in a), with two parts - each part can use the same source code, but has a separate test to demonstrate the effectiveness of result.

Distribution

There is a self installer script for candidates to quick start. If they have npx installed, then they can run:

npx hive-tech-screen

Alternatively, install the package globally then run it:

npm i -g hive-tech-screen
hive-tech-screen

This README is not present in the npm package - instead the file README.CANDIDATE.MD is renamed as README.md in the installed version.
