Amidst all the ceremony and pomp, it appears that there are still some secrets to be revealed. What are they? What is the connection between Draco, the Fawkes, and Voldemort? In the story Deathly Hallows, Voldemort learned that Harry Potter was his half-brother. Their mother's real name was Lily Evans. Their father was a Morfin. The elder brother of Draco, Aberforth. Voldemort was a descendant of Salazar Slytherin, the founder of the house, as well as Salazar's son Rowena Rosmerta. Their mother's mother was also a Salazar's descendant - the mother of Amelia Longbough. [14]  Thus, they are descended from the three founders of Hogwarts - Salazar, Rowena and Amelia Longbough. 


It's not in the world of Harry Potter that Dumbledore also was a descendant of Salazar and Amelia as well. His mother's name was Minerva. He had three older half-brothers: two older brothers - Aberforth and Regulus - and a younger brother - Orion. [2]  He was also descended from Severus Snape. In fact Severus was a descendant of Death Eaters - Cissy Zabini, Rowena, one of the founders of the Hogwarts, Amelia and Orion. Minerva was Lucius's daughter, thus Lucius's descendant. 


At first glance, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 is a very adult film. The final battle between good and evil ensues through a sea of fire, angels, furious spells, and things that should not be named. Death is all around; many things must be sacrificed in order to defeat the beast that Voldemort has become. Death and destruction are still everywhere, of course. At one point, the good side is not only outnumbered, but cast out on the dirty, fog-covered streets of London as a Voldemorts demon rises and looks down at them. 84d34552a1
