Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Prerequisite

Node.js is installed on your system. https://nodejs.org

Installation

$ npm install h-hdviet -g

Usage

Run following command to start h-hdviet:

$ h-hdviet

Now, config your proxy points to:

http://127.69.69.69/69.js

Example for Windows OS:

Set Proxy

Goto http://hdviet.com and enjoy!

Addition command line

Not log anything

$ h-hdviet silent

Your company network requires connecting via proxy? It's easy! Start h-hdviet with proxy:

$ h-hdviet proxy=http://your.company.com:9999

Refresh Proxy

Sometimes, the configured proxy isn't effected. If you are using Google Chrome, just access following URL and click Re-apply settings.

chrome://net-internals/#proxy

As you can see, Effective proxy settings and Original proxy settings are different.

Refresh Proxy

Just Re-apply settings.

Uninstall
