Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

installation

npm install -g gitpay

util

util is a set of command line tooling and helper functions enable the core features

commands

preface with : git pay

btc <nick>                   - get bitcoin and testnet address
code                         - shows gitpay code of conduct
decrypt <message> <key>      - decrypt message with key file
encrypt <message> <key>      - encrypt message with key uri
help                         - shows help message
id <nick>                    - shows nick details in turtle
init                         - try to init and write to ~/.gitconfig
keys <nick>                  - get uris of keys for a nick
me <nick>                    - saves your identity for convenience
nick <nick>                  - saves your nick for convenience
pubkey <key>                 - saves your pub key URI for convenience
privkey <key>                - saves your priv key file for convenience
sign <message> <key>         - sign message with key file
verify <message> <sig> <key> - verify a signature with key file and message
