Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

generator-agmdev-package NPM version Build Status Dependency Status

Yeoman generator for NPM package projet.

Installation

First, install Yeoman and generator-agmdev-package using npm (we assume you have pre-installed node.js).

npm install -g yo
npm install -g generator-agmdev-package

Then generate your new project:

mkdir new-package-project
cd new-package-project
yo agmdev-package

Getting To Know Yeoman

  • Yeoman has a heart of gold.
  • Yeoman is a person with feelings and opinions, but is very easy to work with.
  • Yeoman can be too opinionated at times but is easily convinced not to be.
