Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Description

This plugin will add an anchor link on headers for your markdown.

How to install

To install, run npm install gatsby-remark-link-on-headers gatsby-transformer-remark. This plugin requires gatsby-transformer-remark. In gatsby-config, add this under gatsby-transformer-remark:

plugins: [{
  //other plugins...

  resolve: `gatsby-transformer-remark`,
  options: {
    plugins: [
      {
        resolve: `gatsby-remark-link-on-headers`,
        options: {
          headings: [`h2`, `h3`],
        },
      },
    ]
  }
}]

Options

headings

optional. The array of headings you wanted to add link. For the example above, it will create link for h2 and h3 only. For all headings, leave it empty.

Examples of usage

No more actions required. The plugin will add an anchor link to headings tag automatically based on headings options after install this plugin.
