Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Flickgame Updater

Install

  1. Install NodeJS
  2. Install flickgame-updater through npm
npm install -g flickgame-updater

Usage

  1. Generate a GitHub personal access token: https://github.com/settings/tokens/new
  1. Run flickgame-updater as watch mode:
cd <your_png_files_folder>
flickgame-updater --token <github_token> --watch
  1. Create a 160x100 image in Aseprite or anything you like.
  2. Import palette.ase as palette.
  3. Save your images as 1.png 2.png ...
  4. Still, you have to add hyperlinks through the online flickgame editor.
