Firehose writer
Provides a buffered queue abstraction for writing to AWS Firehose.
Handles the following:
- Buffering
- by time
- by size
- by count
- Retries
Install
npm install firehose-writer
Usage
const FirehoseWriter = require('firehose-writer')

streamName: 'some-stream'// Name of the delivery stream

// Specifies a log function to call

maxTimeout: 10000 // Flush records after 10 seconds, default: 10000ms (10 seconds)

maxRetries: 10 // Max delivery attempts for failed records/batches, default: 10 retries
