A Library of reusable code that operates on dates. These functions solve the problems below:

1. This class of functions provides human readable values for year, month, date, hours minutes and seconds.
2. The format() function adds methods to create mask strings to return dates in easier to read formats. Capital letters give full, padded returns and lowercase letter return short formats.
3. The when() function gives a human readable description of 'when' a date will occur, whether past or future. This includes years, months and days.

Run

$ 'node src/index' to run program in console

$ 'npm run test' to run tests

$ 'npx --coverage' to check test coverage

$ 'npm install' for dependencies
