fanart.tv-api

A Fanart.tv API wrapper for NodeJS. For more information on the responses you can check the Fanart.tv API documentation here.

Usage

Setup

npm install --save fanart.tv-api

Initialize

const FanartTvApi = require('fanart.tv-api')

// Create a new instance of the module.
const fanart = new FanartTvApi({
  apiKey, // Your fanart.tv API key.
  baseUrl // The base url of fanart.tv. Defaults to 'https://webservice.fanart.tv/v3/'.
})

Example usage

 - fanart.getMovieImages(movieId)
 - fanart.getLatestMoviesImages()
 - fanart.getShowImages(tvId)
 - fanart.getLatestShowsImages()
 - fanart.getArtistImages(artistId)
 - fanart.getAlbumImages(albumId)

Testing

You can run tests with the following npm command:

 $ FANART_KEY=[YOUR API KEY HERE] npm test
