Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Eslint plugin that warn you about the usage of plain English text in your javascript projects

Motivation

Localized web apps use an external library to do translation, most likeley you don't need to use any plain English copy text in your codebase anymore.

This plugin can warn you about English copy text in code and push you to the best practicies of not adding plain English text anymore in favor of using translation keys and translation function calls instead.

Of course you can use to help you count how many times you used plain English text in your codebase as well.

Installation

npm i eslint-plugin-no-plain-english

Usage

Using the new ESlint Flat Config
