Errors-catcher
Catch uncaught exception and unhandled rejections.
// Catch both and terminate application:
require('errors-catcher').catchAll();
// Catch exceptions and terminate application:
require('errors-catcher').catchExceptions();
// Catch promise rejections and terminate application:
require('errors-catcher').catchRejections();
Without "errors-catcher" this code will be executed successfully:
function makeSomething() {
return new Promise(resolve => {
unresponsibleObject.unresponsibleField = 3;
});
}
makeSomething();
With errors-catcher you will see:
[Unhandled Rejection] at: Promise {
<rejected> ReferenceError: unresponsibleObject is not defined
