Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Commands

edna download

Download eDNA data from database

USAGE
  $ edna download

OPTIONS
  -b, --lon_max=lon_max    maximum longitude to query (default 180)
  -c, --species=species    species to query
  -d, --date_min=date_min  oldest date to query. Must be in form YYYY.MM.DD (default 2000.01.01)
  -e, --date_max=date_max  most recent date to query Must be in form YYYY.MM.DD (default 2020.01.01)
  -f, --filename=filename  name of downloaded CSV file
  -l, --lat_min=lat_min    minimum latitude to query (default -90)
  -m, --lat_max=lat_max    maximum latitude to query (default 90)
  -n, --lon_min=lon_min    minimum longitude to query (default -180)
  -p, --project=project    project name to query
  -s, --site=site          site name to query

DESCRIPTION
  ...
  To download the data as a CSV file, use the download command:
  edna download [options]
