Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

CSV Parse Component

This is a simple package that provides a CSV parsing and validation utility. It uses the Papaparse library for parsing CSV data and supports optional validation using the Yup schema validation library.

Installation

To install this package, use npm:

npm install csv-parse-component

Usage

Here's how you can use the parseCSV function provided by this package:

parseCSV(csvString, config, userSchema)

Parses a CSV string and performs optional validation using a provided schema.

| Parameter | Description | | ------------ | ----------- | | csvString | The CSV string to parse. | | config | An object with parsing configuration options for Papaparse. For example, { header: true } if your CSV data includes a header row. | | userSchema | An optional Yup schema for validation. |

Returns an object with the following properties:
