Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

touch event module for crtrdg games

install

npm install --save crtrdg-touch

create the touch object and add to an existing game

touch.on('<tap*>')

tap events

provides a few common subdivions of the canvas, with the following event sets:

  • quadrants <tapUpLeft>, <tapUpRight>, <tapDownLeft>, <tapDownRight>
  • horizontal thirds <tapLeft>, <tapCenter>, <tapRight>
  • vertical thirds <tapUp>, <tapMiddle>, <tapDown>

parameters

  • location Object touch location of tap e.g. {x: 50, y: 100}

examples

keyboard.on('<tapUpLeft>', function (location) {

touch.on('<swipe*>')

swipe events

includes <swipeLeft>, <swipeRight>, <swipeUp>, <swipeDown>

parameters

  • location Object touch location at end of swipe e.g. {x: 50, y: 100}

touch.down

object with current touch events set to true, where current is defined by the 100ms following a touch
