Publishing to NPM

To package your CLI up for NPM, do this:

$ npm i --global create-ms-pdc
$ create-ms-pdc init

Installing the AWS SAM CLI
To install the AWS SAM CLI, follow the instructions for your operating system.

agora precisamos testa o sam (Serverless Application Model) para isso precisamos previemtnete ter o SAM instalado e o 
docker instalado

sam build - gera o build
sam local start-api - start localmente a API
