Antares Vision create app script

In order to run script properly you need to enter this command in your terminal: npx create-antares-vision-app <application_name>

After the script finishes execution new folder with apllication content will be available. The content of application consists of common-gui-library and antares-vision-library, with basic configuration in main.ts file.
