Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

corsproxy

standalone CORS proxy, a fork of corsproxy.

This fork adds to CORS-proxy the ability to specify a custom scheme.

Setup

npm install -g corsproxy2
corsproxy
# with custom port: CORSPROXY_PORT=1234 corsproxy
# with custom host: CORSPROXY_HOST=localhost corsproxy
# with custom scheme: CORSPROXY_SCHEME=https corsproxy
# with debug server: DEBUG=1 corsproxy

Usage

The cors proxy will start at http://localhost:1337. To access another domain, use the domain name (including port) as the first folder, e.g.

  • http://localhost:1337/localhost:3000/sign_in
  • http://localhost:1337/my.domain.com/path/to/resource
  • etc etc
