Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

browser-downloader

Utility to download the latest browser builds

Downloads the latest and nightly version of browser builds. Intended for use with cron scripts and other tasks to automate deployment.

Usage

$ browser-downloader targetDir

Will download all browser applications and validate that the modern.ie image is up to date.

$ browser-downloader vm targetDir

Will download and install the latest modern.ie VM image so it may be manually configured for testing.

Prerequisites

The Edge VM installation requires the following:

  • z7a on PATH brew install p7zip
  • vmrun on PATH export PATH="$PATH:/Applications/VMware Fusion.app/Contents/Library/"
  • VMWare OVF Tools
