Fork Notes:

I forked this repo for two reasons:

1. The original package was trying to run decoding for some other networks such as BTC, ETH, XRP. Removed everything else and only keeping Binance. pruned pacakge is way smaller and easier to install, hence no native dependencies.

2. Adding automatic transaction type discovery.
