There are some prerequisites before using this project, details are in the link above: -Visual studio 2015 update 3 -.net core 1.0.1 -TypeScript 2.0 for Visual Studio 2015 -Node.js 4 or higher

On the billhighway domain, npm might error out with a self signed cert error. If it does run this: npm set strict-ssl false
