Load AWS credential data from ENV/filesystem by cascading through several styles.

Specifically:

• Looks for $AWS_CREDENTIAL_FILE
• Looks for ~/.s3cmd
• Looks for $AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID/$AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
