本模块结合jddmc使用，自动读取dist里打包完成的文件，实现一键建单，告别了以往繁琐的建单历史。 使用方法如下：

$ eos --help

Usage: index [options]

Options:

  -h, --help                       output usage information
  -V, --version                    output the version number
  -t, --title <title>              EOS mission title(eos单的标题，默认为“自动创建任务”)
  -e, --executer <executer>        EOS mission executer(eos单的执行人，默认为创建者，以;作为分隔符)
  -d, --destination <destination>  destination of the mission(eos单的部署环境，默认为gamma，可选gamma、idc)
