Staff attendance tracker

This is the desktop client of my IA. The project is for my client who runs his own compnay. He wants to be able to keep track of how much time people spend in the office over a given period of time so he can calculate the staffs bonusses accordingly. Each member of staff at the company has an RFID tag/card that they use to enter the building and for internal doors. Using this program, desktop client and remote client(running on a machine by the door with a USB RFID reader, as well as a USB RFID reader which works with the tags, this will clock them in and out when they enter and leave by them scanning.

This desktop client will collate a report and email it when they choose. An emergency report in case of a fire or emergency is available and will print as a roll call.

This program has admin and regular user statuses, as well as a dark or light mode option.

Secure login with ciphered, then hashed username and password records ensure protection

Comminication between the desktop client and the remote client program (used with the RFID reader) are done by FTP file sharing server. This program can be used on multiple PC's as all information is downloaded from server and can be used anywhere in the world to check comings and goings - very important for the client.
