Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Zoomprop CMS Containers library

Running project for the first time

yarn
yarn dev

NB! Don't forget to include .env with MIXPANEL_API_TOKEN and MAPBOX_API_KEY keys

Updating Repo and NPM

  1. Once you are done with your features bump project version in package.json by incrementing PATCH version by 1(i.e. 1.0.9 -> 1.0.10)
  2. git push your updates
  3. then publish to NPM by executing commands below(it will ask you to npm login if you are doing it for the first time, you need to have an account with NPM and be part of Zoomprop org)
yarn build
npm publish

Checking updates in marketing-cms project

  1. Once npm package is uploaded to NPM go back to package.json in marketing-cms project
  2. Update @zoomprop/cms version to the latest (i.e. 1.0.9 -> 1.0.10)
  3. Execute following commands
yarn
yarn patch-package @strapi/admin @strapi/strapi
yarn develop
  1. If everything looks OK -> commit your changes and push the version bump commit
  2. Zoomprop admin should now have latest @zoomprop/cms changes available online
