Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Wago - Node Red - WDX - Data

Node Red plugin WDX Data palette with nodes implementing WDX WS Data Interface communication within Node Red application.

Requirements

  • WDX Runtime - Docker or local WDX runtime installation.
  • Node-RED editor.

Installation

Node RED Palette Management Installation

Open your Node-RED installation UI palette management and search for package @wago/node-red-wdx-palette.

Node RED Manual Package installation

Navigate your console to the Node-RED data directory:

cd ~/.node-red/data # Directory would differ based on your Node-RED installation

Install the library, using npm or yarn:

npm install @wago/node-red-wdx-data

or

yarn add @wago/node-red-wdx-data

Usage

To use WDX nodes in your Node-RED flow, follow these steps:

  1. Install the @wago/node-red-wdx-data package in your Node-RED project.
  2. Import the required nodes into your flow and configure the necessary WDX WS Client options.
