A base TSConfig for working with Node 23.

Add the package to your "devDependencies":

npm install --save-dev @tsconfig/node23
yarn add --dev @tsconfig/node23

Add to your tsconfig.json:

"extends": "@tsconfig/node23/tsconfig.json"
