A base TSConfig for working with Node 21.

Add the package to your "devDependencies":

npm install --save-dev @tsconfig/node21
yarn add --dev @tsconfig/node21

Add to your tsconfig.json:

"extends": "@tsconfig/node21/tsconfig.json"
