A base TSConfig for working with Node 19.

Add the package to your "devDependencies":

npm install --save-dev @tsconfig/node19
yarn add --dev @tsconfig/node19

Add to your tsconfig.json:

"extends": "@tsconfig/node19/tsconfig.json"
