teegoh-js
- Isomorphic JavaScript Client for Teegoh.
- Documentation: https://teegoh.com/docs/reference/javascript/start
- TypeDoc: https://teegoh.github.io/teegoh-js/v2/
Usage
First of all, you need to install the library:
npm install @teegoh/teegoh-js
Then you're able to import the library and establish the connection with the database:
import { createClient } from '@teegoh/teegoh-js'
// Create a single teegoh client for interacting with your database
const teegoh = createClient('https://xyzcompany.teegoh.co', 'public-anon-key')
UMD
You can use plain <script>
s to import teegoh-js from CDNs, like:
<script src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@teegoh/teegoh-js@2"></script>
or even:
<script src="https://unpkg.com/@teegoh/teegoh-js@2"></script>
Then you can use it from a global teegoh
variable:
<script>
const { createClient } = teegoh
const _teegoh = createClient('https://xyzcompany.teegoh.co', 'public-anon-key')
console.log('Teegoh Instance: ', _teegoh)
// ...
</script>
ESM
You can use <script type="module">
to import teegoh-js from CDNs, like:
<script type="module">
import { createClient } from 'https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@teegoh/teegoh-js/+esm'
const teegoh = createClient('https://xyzcompany.teegoh.co', 'public-anon-key')
console.log('Teegoh Instance: ', teegoh)
// ...
</script>
Deno
You can use teegoh-js in the Deno runtime via JSR:
import { createClient } from 'jsr:@teegoh/teegoh-js@2'
Custom fetch
implementation
teegoh-js
uses the cross-fetch
library to make HTTP requests, but an alternative fetch
implementation can be provided as an option. This is most useful in environments where cross-fetch
is not compatible, for instance Cloudflare Workers:
import { createClient } from '@teegoh/teegoh-js'
// Provide a custom `fetch` implementation as an option
const teegoh = createClient('https://xyzcompany.teegoh.co', 'public-anon-key', {
global: {
fetch: (...args) => fetch(...args),
},
})
