Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Bootstrap v3 Helper: Blocks

This is a responsive helper for adding width to inline block. The widths are calculated based on element parent container and are based on 12 grid columns.

These helper supports Bootstrap 3 responsive utilities (xs, sm, md, lg). Additional media queries is configurable and can be extended depending on your project requirements.

Test

Getting Started

Download latest version or install by bower:

bower install bootstrap-helper-blocks

Include this stylesheet code into your site:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="dist/bootstrap-helper-blocks.min.css" />

If you want to have a responsive margin-padding helper, include this stylesheet too:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="dist/bootstrap-helper-blocks-responsive.min.css" />

Example usage:

You're required to install these in order to extends this helper:

  • NodeJS
  • Grunt CLI
  • Ruby
  • SASS

Installation

Run:

npm install

Compile

Run:

grunt

Enable Bootstrap 3's responsive utilities for this helper

Change these variables to true.

$helper-block--xs: false
$helper-block--sm: false
$helper-block--md: false
$helper-block--lg: false

Adjust grid columns
