Percent-encode a UTF-16 encoded string according to RFC 3986.
Installation
To use as a general utility, install the CLI package globally
npm install -g @stdlib/string-percent-encode-cli
Usage
Usage: percent-encode [options] [<string>]
Options:
-h, --help Print this message.
-V, --version Print the package version.
Examples
$ percent-encode ☃
%E2%98%83
To use as a standard stream,
$ echo -n '☃' | percent-encode
%E2%98%83
