Namespace containing "base" single-precision floating-point number assert functions.

The namespace contains the following functions:
isSameValueZerof( a, b )
: test if two single-precision floating-point numbers are the same value.isSameValuef( a, b )
: test if two single-precision floating-point numbers are the same value.
