Test if a value is an empty array-like object.

isEmptyArrayLikeObject( value )

Tests if a value is an empty array-like object.

var bool = isEmptyArrayLikeObject( [] );
// returns true

bool = isEmptyArrayLikeObject( { 'length': 0 } );
// returns true

If provided a string, the function returns false.

var bool = isEmptyArrayLikeObject( '' );
// returns false
