Create a zero-filled n-dimensional nested array.
Installation

Usage
var zerosnd = require( '@stdlib/array-base-zerosnd' );
zerosnd( shape )
Returns a zero-filled n-dimensional nested array.
var out = zerosnd( [ 2, 3 ] );
// returns [ [ 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 ], [ 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 ] ]
