Create a filled three-dimensional nested array.
Installation

Usage
var filled3d = require( '@stdlib/array-base-filled3d' );
filled3d( value, shape )
Returns a filled three-dimensional nested array.
var out = filled3d( 0.0, [ 1, 2, 3 ] );
// returns [ [ [ 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 ], [ 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 ] ] ]
