Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Serverless CDN

 

Deploy a zero-config serverless CDN to AWS using Serverless Components. Ships with custom domain support.

 

  1. Install
  2. Create
  3. Configure
  4. Deploy

 

1. Install

$ npm install -g serverless

2. Create

$ mkdir cdn
$ cd cdn

the directory should look something like this:

|- serverless.yml
|- .env      # your AWS api keys

# .env
AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=XXX
AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY=XXX

3. Configure

# serverless.yml

CDN:
  component: '@serverless/cdn'
  inputs:
    region: us-east-1
    domain: cdn.eahefnawy.com # optional
    bucketName: myCdnBucket # optional. If not provided, it will create random bucket name

4. Deploy

$ serverless
