1. License Grant: Upon acceptance of the terms and payment of the applicable license fee, Quandis grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software for commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions: You may not, without the prior written consent of Quandis, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works based on the software for commercial purposes.

3. Termination: The license is effective until terminated. Failure to comply with any of the terms will result in automatic termination of this license. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty: The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
