Prettier Coffeescript

Uses prettier-plugin-coffeescript to prettify Coffeescript.

npm install -g @nerevu/prettier-coffee
prettier-coffee [options] file.coffee [file2.coffee ...]
cat file.coffee | prettier-coffee

Coffeescript goes in:
