Lotide

A mini clone of the Lodash library.

Purpose

BEWARE: This library was published for learning purposes. It is not intended for use in production-grade software.

This project was created and published by me as part of my learnings at Lighthouse Labs.

Usage

Install it:

npm install @mbahenryemeka/lotide

Require it:

const _ = require('@mbahenryemeka/lotide');

Call it:

const results = _.tail([1, 2, 3]) // => [2, 3]

Documentation

The following functions are currently implemented:

• function1(head): output first element of an array

• function2(tail): output all element of the array except the first

• function3(middle):output the middle element(s) in an array

• function4(assertEqual):use to check equality of primitives

• function5(eqArray): check for equality of 2 arrays

• function(assertObjectsEqual): use to check equality of objects

• function2(countLetters): count letters and output total number
