Lotide
A mini clone of the Lodash library.
Purpose
BEWARE: This library was published for learning purposes. It is not intended for use in production-grade software.
This project was created and published by me as part of my learnings at Lighthouse Labs.
Usage
Install it:
npm install @kadekobussen/lotide
Require it:
const _ = require('@kadekobussen/lotide');
Call it:
const results = _.tail([1, 2, 3]) // => [2, 3]
Documentation
The following functions are currently implemented:
head(array)
: takes in an array and returns the first value.tail(array)
: takes in an array and returns all values except for the first value.middle(array)
: takes in an array and returns the middle value. If the array is even it returns the two middle most values.eqArrays(array1, array2,)
: takes in two arrays and returns true if they have the same length and values in the same order and false otherwise.assertEqual
: checks if two values are strictly equal.assertArraysEqual
: takes in two arrays and determines if the aararys are equal and returns assertion statements;
