Template App
This is the template for the frontend using angular2 and angular-cli
Actions
Run npm intall
before you can do anything. So you can install all dependencies.
If you need to update Run npm update --save
so you can update any packages, npm will do the best effort.
Code scaffolding
Run ng generate component component-name
to generate a new component. You can also use ng generate directive/pipe/service/class/module
.
or ng g my-component-name
External packages:
Make you sure that any external css or javascript that you need is declare in the .angular-cli.json file.
Run ng build
to execute the default configuration within the project.
Run ng build --watch
. For automatic rebuild when changes are detected.
Run ng build --prod
. If you need to run the build in production mode.
You can attach static files in the assets folder but we strongly recommend not to do this, always try to add new dependency.
Development server
Run npm start
for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/
.
Running all tests (unit and e2e)
Run npm test
to execute all the tests
Running unit tests
Run npm test
to execute the unit tests via Karma.
Running end-to-end tests
Run npm run e2e
to execute the end-to-end tests via Protractor.
Before running the tests make sure you are serving the app via npm start
.
