Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

wxml loader for webpack

Please note this wxml is a markup language for Wechat mini programs

Difference from original package

The branch you are currently browsing is forked from Cap32/wxml-loader, but has built-in Safe-path logic compatible with mina-webpack.

Installation

yarn add -D @jimexist/mini-program-xml-loader

Usage

You may also need to use file-loader to extract files.

{
  test: /\.wxml$/,
  include: /src/,
  use: [
    {
      loader: 'file-loader',
      options: {
        name: '[name].[ext]',
        useRelativePath: true,
        context: resolve('src'),
      },
    },
    {
      loader: '@tinajs/wxml-loader',
      options: {
        root: resolve('src'),
        enforceRelativePath: true,
      },
    },
  ],
}
Options
  • root (String): Root path for requiring sources
  • enforceRelativePath (Boolean): Should be true if you wish to generate a root relative URL for each file. It is recommend to set to true
  • publicPath (String): Defaults to webpack output.publicPath
  • transformContent(content, resource) (Function): Transform content, should return a content string
  • transformUrl(url, resource) (Function): Transform url, should return a url
  • minimize (Boolean): To minimize. Defaults to false
  • All html-minifier options are supported

Known Issues

Currently wxml-loader could not resolve dynamic path, i.e. <image src="./images/{{icon}}.png" />. Please use copy-webapck-plugin to copy those resource to dist directory manually. See https://github.com/Cap32/wxml-loader/issues/1 for detail (Chinese).

For Alipay mini programs

This loader is also compatible with Alipay mini programs. You just need to make sure using test: /\.axml$/ instead of test: /\.wxml$/ in webpack config.

If you're using wxapp-webpack-plugin and setting Targets.Alipay as webpack target, it will automatically set transformContent() and transformUrl() option by default, the transformContent() function will transform wx:attr attribute to a:attr, and the transformUrl() function will transform .wxml extension to .axml automatically. That means you could write mini programs once, and build both Wechat and Alipay mini programs.

Example

webpack.config.babel.js

import webpack from 'webpack';
import WXAppWebpackPlugin from "wxapp-webpack-plugin";

export default env => ({
  // ...other
  target: (compiler) => compiler.apply(new webpack.LoaderTargetPlugin(env.target || "Wechat"))
  module: {
    rules: [
      // ...other,
      {
        test: /\.wxml$/,
        use: [
          {
            loader: "file-loader",
            options: {
              name: `[name].${env.target === "Alipay" ? "axml" : "wxml"}`
              useRelativePath: true,
              context: resolve('src'),
            },
          },
          {
            loader: '@tinajs/wxml-loader',
            options: {
              root: resolve('src'),
              enforceRelativePath: true,
            },
          },
        ]
      }
    ]
  },
  plugin: [
    // ...other
    new WXAppWebpackPlugin()
  ]
});
