if you run into error Failed to construct 'HTMLElement': Please use the 'new' operator, this DOM object constructor cannot be called as a function. e.g. https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-webview-ui-toolkit you may need to setup @babel/plugin-transform-classes` as below shown.
