Scenarios

1. When no motion is detected within the area for a period of 15 minutes, the lights should be turned off.
2. When motion is detected, the countdown timer should reset to 15 minutes.
3. When the switch is used to put the lights back on, then the timer should run for 30 minutes, but if movement is detected within that 30 minute window, the strategy should return to the default 15 minute timer.
4. When the manual override is triggered, the lights should come on.
