Usage
With default SSMClient instance:
import { SSM } from "@effect-aws/client-ssm";
const program = SSM.describeParameters(args);
const result = pipe(

);
With custom SSMClient instance:
import { SSM } from "@effect-aws/client-ssm";
const program = SSM.describeParameters(args);

);
