Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Online one-click setup for Contributing

You can use Gitpod (a free online VS Code-like IDE) for contributing. With a single click it'll launch a workspace and automatically:

  • clone the docsify repo.
  • install the dependencies.
  • start npm run dev.

So that you can start straight away.

Open in Gitpod

  • Fork it!
  • Create your feature branch: git checkout -b my-new-feature
  • Commit your changes: git add . && git commit -m 'Add some feature'
  • Push to the branch: git push origin my-new-feature
  • Submit a pull request
