Create cloud optimized tar

cotar create sample.tar --verbose --binary

Seve a cotar from a webserver

cotar serve sample.tar

List all files inside the tar

Creating reproducible tars

Create a reproducible tar where most metadata is stripped from the files such as modified time, which means two tar files from the same source data should have the exact same hash.
