Comunica Describe To Constructs Subject Optimize Query Operation Actor

An Optimize Query Operation actor that converts SPARQL DESCRIBE operations to construct queries with all triples related to a given subject.

This module is part of the Comunica framework, and should only be used by developers that want to build their own query engine.
