1. 模拟系统级智能合约产生的数据

目的：系统级智能合约拉出交易记录数据，该智能合约会为此次交易信息生成区块，并且开始对买家的分享行为进行监督，属于BIUT基础库。主要的函数及其用途：

1. 定义方法generateTokenBlock() 随机生成BIUT-Token链所需要的交易信息

2. 定义方法generateTransactionBlock() 随机生成BIUT-交易链所需要的交易信息
